Cancellation Policy: Please follow up to reschedule or cancel at least 2 days prior before the beginning of your appointment.​

Cancelled appointments can get refunded in full as long as it is not within the 48 Hour period prior to your appointment.

Loyalty Program: As a courtesy to returning clients I encourage you rebook during your visit and I can send you a link to cancel, or reschedule at no cost. Otherwise you can simply call or leave me a text with the appointment time and date you wish.
Walk-In Hours: New clients are encouraged to use online system. Walk-in hours are available upon first come first serve.
8:30am-7pm on weekdays and 8:30-6pm on Saturdays
Time slots are exclusively available to Loyalty clients.

Please do not literally walk-in. Always call/text first to check on physical availability at (773) 343-3736. Employees are limited to 1.

Texting Policy: Texts are encouraged 24/7 but do not always consider it for quick replies like a phone call. Please allow up to 6 hours for response and consult sometimes.

Payment Policy: Cash, Card, Zelle, and Venmo accepted.

Covid Restriction Policy: As a courtesy I also ask that you stay home if you have a sore throat, a fever, or are feeling ill.
